Shipping Time

All products are  dispatched  within 2 working days and delivered within 1 – 7 working days based on the location

If the order/s have any personalization then it will be shipped out between 1 – 15 working days.

 Shipping and Cash on Delivery charges:

Shipping charges are different for different cities due to Distance and package weight size etc…

We have tried to simplify the same.

For prepaid orders shipping & Packing charge of Rs. 100 for all orders or as per informed

Cash on Delivery Charges

COD structure has been changed to Rs. 100 extra + Shipping charges for products between Rs.0 to Rs.5000,

For amounts more than Rs.5000  COD charges are paid by us or as per informed or stated otherwise.

For Cash on Delivery orders

In case your pin code is not serviceable for COD we shall request you to make the payment online.

You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery

If the product or packaging has been tampered with, do not accept the order

No credit/debit cards are accepted at the door under the Cash on Delivery method

How do I know if my area is serviceable or not?

 Returns & Exchanges does not have a return policy.

In exchange for the purchased product, we might request you to share an image of your product/ s.  For your order to qualify as an exchange.

You must raise an exchange request by emailing us at within 48 hours of receipt of your order received.

The customer will bear the shipping cost /charges to our warehouse for all the other reasons of exchange other than if the product delivered is damaged. The product must be dispatched to our warehouse within 48 hours after the exchange request is raised.

Products bought/purchased during a sale will not be exchanged/returned.

Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with.

The product must be in perfect condition.

Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.


The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

The order should be canceled within 24 hours of the order being placed.  reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met.

The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
