Once, Saad (may Allah be pleased with him) was sick, and the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) visited him.
The Prophet put his hands on Saad’s chest, and Saad felt a coolness in his heart.
The Prophet said, “You have a heart problem. Go to Al Harith Ibn Kaladah, a healer in the Thaqif tribe.
He’ll tell you to eat seven Ajwa dates from Medina. Crush them with their seeds and eat them.”
