Inspired by Tybb® – Antacid for Acidity, Gas, and Weak Digestion
What Causes Acid Reflux Disease?
Hiatal hernias are one of the most common causes of acid reflux disease.
This happens when the upper portion of your stomach and LES (lower esophageal sphincter) shift upward, crossing over your diaphragm—a muscle that divides your stomach from your chest.
Normally, the diaphragm helps keep stomach acid in check. Acid reflux disease occurs when acid moves into the esophagus due to a hiatal hernia.
Here are additional common risk factors associated with acid reflux disease:
– Being overweight or obese.
– Consuming a heavy meal and lying on your back or bending over at the waist.
– Snacking close to bedtime.
– Consuming certain foods, such as citrus fruits, tomatoes, chocolate, mint, garlic, onions, or spicy and fatty foods.
– Drinking specific beverages, including alcohol, carbonated drinks, coffee, or tea.
– Smoking.
When dealing with a condition such as acidity, following a healthy diet is consistently the most effective approach. Approximately 80% of digestion problems are solved by food alone, and 20% are solved by medicine.
We have Inspired by Tybb® Antacid, which contains dried henna leaves, black seeds, hindba seeds, dill seeds, and celery seeds.
Begin your day by having a mixture of Henna water and honey for breakfast, followed by Talbinah two hours later.
Few more things to adopt & many to eliminate (see a sample diet chart attached). Henna water should be discontinued after 10 days & taken twice a week, but drink Honey + water daily on an empty stomach.
Hijamah was performed on the back. (I rarely cup on the stomach as that area gives the least blood drainage, most of Hijamah blood is in your back)
Ibn Al-Qayyam wrote: Habits/choices of Prophet Muhammad Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam regarding beverages were the most beneficial for preserving health. Prophet Muhammad Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam used to drink honey with cold water (water kept in water skin or clay pots is cold in the morning), and this is an especially effective method to preserve the health that only the best doctors could have knowledge of.
Having honey on an empty stomach can help clear mucus, clean the stomach lining, and make it less sticky. It also warms the stomach gently. Honey is good for clearing blockages in the stomach, kidneys, liver, and prostate. Plus, it’s better for your stomach than other sweet things.
Dosage: A Tablespoon on an empty stomach, a teaspoon after dinner
Ingredients: Berg e Hina, Kalonji, Tukm e Kasni, Tukm e Soya, Ajmoda.
